are "Rain" (bass and percussion), "Penny Lane" (vocals and cello only),

If there are any glaring omissions, that�s the reason they are

perspective, in our humble opinion are "Whatever Gets You Thru the
Night", "Imagine" and "Watching the Wheels", the latter including

This is a REAL treat for Roy fans as the center channel mix
has mainly Roy's vocal and the bass (!!??). Listening to these
tracks will make one truly appreciate the vocal talents of
this underappreciated legend.

We struggled with trying to isolate Brian's vocal from a "moral"
perspective. Whether his fans like to admit it or not, Brian's
voice has suffered greatly through the years of self-inflicted
abuse. What shines through here is the beauty of his complex
harmonies. And every once in awhile Brian really nails a line
that sends shivers through the nervous system like only he can.

You can hear Marc Bolan tapping his feet and gasping
for breath. Alice's harmony vocals are actually quite
impressive. The Police center channel mixes are EXTREMELY
engaging and STP's wild mix makes one really appreciate
how talented they really were (are?). And a Tubes tune
thrown in for good measure. Good stuff...
