For meals, I can recommend anything from a modest peasant dinner at a restaurant only locals eat at, to a Khmer-run Businesse restaurant, to an extravagant local-run tourist buffet featuring local traditional Cambodian dancers and musicians. If you like, I can arrange a typical meal at a Cambodian home or show you around a peasant's working farm.
I've lived in Siem Reap my whole life and shown enough visitors around that I can help you find just what you are looking for.
