What does phaNIRajU means?.
In Sanskrit, it means "KING OF COBRA". Do not worry I will not bite you.

Did my schooling from PDJ High School, Bijapur where I saw GOL GUMBUZ one of the Famous Tomb in India. Later went to Tumkur to continue my education at Siddaganga High School, Sarvodaya Junior College and Siddaganga Institute of Technology (SIT).

I was a very naughty boy during my early days. After lot of beatings ("Like a Sculptor does it to a Stone to make an Idol" ) from my dear Father and Mother now I am leading a Happy ;-) and Content life.

Completed Computer Science & Engineering with flying colors. Passed with FIRST CLASS with "DISTINCTION". Awarded certificate of merit for securing highest marks in Final year, and awared prize money for excellence and securing highest aggregate in CSE.

"BE AN OFFICER FOR FIVE YEARS AND A GENTLEMEN REST OF YOUR LIFE". I am one of them. Joined Indian Air Force on 16th Mar 1992. Completed my Initial training at Air Force Technical College(AFTC) and Air Defence Ground Environment Systems Training Institute(ADGES-TI) at Silicon Valley and Garden City Bangalore. Served in IAF for 6 years as a Short Commissioned Officer (14 SSC). Here got an opportunity to work at the Heart of Computer systems in both Software and Hardware. Managed a project with a team of more than 40 members and implemented ADHS system for IAF. Worked at various operational sites of IAF doing so visited almost all parts of India. To name a few Jammu, Darjeeling, Nainital, Bareily, Haridwar, Hrishekesh, Varanasi, Lucknow, Jaisalmer, Jodhpur, Jaipur, Agra, Udaipur, Delhi, Jamnagar, Ahmedabad, Mount Abu, Naliya, Gandhidham, Bhuz, Mumbai, Chennai etc..

Got married to Damsel named Nirupama, on 07 March 1996, when I was Flying Officer. She joined me at Jaisalmer,GOLDEN CITY of India. Posted to Bareily Radar Unit for two years and gained invaluable managerial experience of managing a intense operational unit. Left Indian Air Force as a Flight Lieutenant. In this span of six years made lot of friends, now finding very difficult to keep in touch with everyone.

After leaving Air Force immediately started working at Infosys Technologies Limited, Bangalore, India as a project consultant. Worked there for almost solid 2 years in Unix, 'C', Pro*C, Oracle PL/Sql and Java. Got training in Quality Standards, CMM Level 4/5 and the project I was working for was closely being monitored to check to see we are following CMM Level 5 processes.

Got plenty of offers to work for USA just after completing a year at Infosys. However, I stayed back in India to take care and be with my wife and newborn son (Achyutha) who came to this world on MAKARA SANKRANTHI day of Januray 1999. Alphasoft Services Corporation,USA selected me to work for their client PeoplePC, Inc. based in California, USA. At PeoplePc lead the Order Management System project. We blessed with daughter, Ananyashri, on July, 2002. It is wonderful to be with kids always. Parenting and managing my kids, Achyutha and Ananyashri, gives me immense pleasure, happiness, and sense of accomplishment. I feel parenting and managing their demands and requirements is more challenging than managing complex projects.

My Mother, Mentor and God looks after our Sweet Home built by my Father K V Venkatachala Gupta a Civil Engineer. After retiring as a Government Polytechnic Lecturer, he and my mother are devoting their time in community services. GOD has given me the best gift I could ever have in my life that is my younger brother Srikanth. He is a 2nd Rank holder for Karnataka State in 12th Standard, Dr. KV Srikanth has gone to complete MBBS, PG in General Medicine and then DM in Cardiology, Now he is a Cardiologist working at VIVUS Cardiology Group, Bangalore, India. His achievements in studies inspired me to do my masters. Completed MBA in Technology Management, from University of Phoenix (on-ground) with a program GPA of 4.0. Other certifications that I completed are, Sun Certified Java Programmer, Sun Certified Web Component Developer, Sun Certified Business Component Developer, and Project Management Professional (PMP).

Currently I am working at VerizonWireless, as a Senior Member of Application Staff, Leading and developing various Internet, Intranet, WebServices, and SOA projects. Verizonwirless is the nation's (USA) leading provider of wireless communications. This company has the largest nationwide wireless voice and data network and around 56 million customers.

We are leading Content and Happy life.
