It's tragic, not to mention shocking, how good this movie should have been and wasn't. I mean, look at all the talent you have in the cast list! But the cast performs completely emotionless, a snail could easily outrace the story, and the songs are uninteresting and certainly nothing worthy of a second or third listen. It could have been so amazing - and yet it flopped. Really too bad.
