I mostly saw this billed as a "romantic comedy". I'm not completely sure why, seeing as how the romance angle of it was fairly small. However, this movie had the same sort of quiet charm as a good romantic comedy. Tom Hanks did a fantastic job with the character of this intelligent, gentle man who found himself stuck living in an airport. The angle with the villain was a bit too outrageous for me, but watching the main character wander around the airport rather fascinated me. Like being on a deserted island in the middle of civilization. I recommend this if you want an evening of mild entertainment.
