This isn't bad for a first album. I like it a lot less now than I did at first. Some of the songs I really didn't understand, what was "So Pray" about? That song made me think Stacie was singing something like "I'm heading into sin but don't worry, I know what I'm doing, and if you love me at all you're pray for me" which doesn't make any sense whatsoever. But other than that, it was a good album. I loved "Everything," which was a love song to her future husband, and "Dear Friend," a song telling a hurting friend that she cares.

A Christmas Wish
Ew. Ew. Ew. Ew. Ew. I liked Stacie's CD Genuine, but she shouldn't try to bring her pop style into Christmas carols. It doesn't work. At all. There are only 6 songs on this whole CD and only one out of those is any good. The two new songs, "A Christmas Wish" and "Love Came Down" (the poem by Christina Rossetti) are boring and unoriginal. Stacie butchers "O Holy Night," "O Come All Ye Faithful," and "What Child Is This," making them sound like typical Britney Spears-style songs. The only redeeming qualities on the entire CDs are that she has a nice dress in the pictures, and her rendition of "White Christmas." She does a fantastic on that, but in general, this CD has no Christmas spirit in the least and should not be bought by anyone in their right mind.
