Mmm... I like. Mostly because this one was 3/4 drama and 1/4 action, whereas the first Spider-Man was about half and half. Less action, more drama. Sounds good to me. Even though this explored a lot of the same themes as the first movie did, it delved into more of the "choosing to be a hero" thing and how that IS rewarding in itself, even if it means you have to give up something you've hoped for. But what was with everyone finding out all at once who he was? Oh... um... should I not have given that away? :) Nah, ya knew it was coming if you saw the first one. But in like a ten-minute space, like thirty-five people found out that Spider-Man was really Peter Parker. Odd.
Musical Theater Person Sighting: Of course, Alfred Molina is a musical theater person now that he's played Tevye. And note that that's Donna Murphy as his wife. The two musical theater people are married! Awww!
