This is one of those books that is just FUN to read. I liked reading the stories of those four, although it was a little odd that only one of them ever ended up with a husband. Especially when that was still around the time when everyone got married. And out of four of them, three of them remained single? Eh . . . not usual. But still good. Mary Love's story especially captivated me. It's a long book, but well worth a read.
