I saw it, liked it, read the book, saw it again, disliked it. Reading the book changed the whole thing around. The book is so much more interesting, whereas the movie was more contrived to have a happy ending. I did like Anne Hathaway as Mia, she was very convincing as your typical I'm-invisible-and-I'm-good-at-it freshman. (Or, wait. She was a sophmore in this.)
