Heh... well... okay. I rented this. I've read the original book and play. I've seen the Disney movie. I've seen the Mary Martin film version. I LOVE the Peter Pan story and the character of Peter Pan itself. And this movie was doing fabulous up until about the last twenty minutes. Then it took the story, de-Peter-Pan-icized it and totally de-Peter-Pan-ed the character itself, making me go, "UH!? WHAT?! WHAT JUST HAPPENED???" Grr. However, I did really like whoever played Peter Pan. He did a great job of capturing the innocent arrogance of the character. 'Tisn't his fault he had such a horrid twist at the end. *makes face* Memorable quote:
"Pan! You're...pink!"
