This is about equal with the original movie as far as quality. Lindsay Lohan is no more than passable as the twins, but definitely less annoying than I found Hayley Mills. Natasha Richardson is great fun as the mom, and Elaine what's-her-name is hilarious as Meredith. And very mild for a PG, even a Disney PG. Usually PG "family movies" have many semi-crude comments (i.e. Shrek), but this stuck to a true PG rating. Way to go.
