I think this may be the first time I've ever not rooted for Cary Grant, but his character here was stupid and annoying beyond all reason. While the heroine was pretty smart in general, she had very bad taste in guys. Come on, there's this guy who's in love with her and loves to do little things to show her how much he loves her, and then she's got this dude who's just uncaring and won't even let on that he gives a hoot whether she's dead or alive. Hello! Go with the one you KNOW loves you! Um, yeah, he may be building an atom bomb, but still...
