Movies with little kids as key characters always have the potential to be really, really, really annoying. This wasn't. In fact it was pretty good. The kid felt real, the situation felt real, and the ending was neither too much of a downer nor too ridiculously contrived. It was an overall good movie with solid performances from everyone in it, even if it was a bit more of an emotional bonding-with-kids movie than I usually get into.Memorable quotes:
"You go into the best restaurants in the world, you see folded French toast."
"What if you get run over by a truck and killed?"
"Then Mommy will pick you up."
