This is probably the Jaci album that probes deepest into the lyrics. The songs are much more non-typical than her other albums. Her songs explore topics like listening to the Spirit ("Little Voice Inside"), witnessing by example ("Show You Love"), the pleasure of surrendering to God ("Sweet Surrender"), and facing fear ("Paper Tigers"). "Look What Love Has Done" is one of those songs that I would love to do as a wedding song, a sweet ballad observing how love has made everything in the world more precious. Her voice is more mature than in her first album, A Heavenly Place, and is a wonderful CD to add to your collection.

Crystal Clear
I really like this album. It has much more of the Latina-type sound than any of her first two albums . . . a style that is obviously close to her heart. Her duet with . . . oh, what's his name? I can't remember . . . during altar song "Come As You Are" is excellent (even better when I saw her in concert). She co-wrote two of the songs on the album ("Escuchame" and "You're Not There"). She still has the softer songs, which I enjoy just as much. "Adore" is now my favorite song on the album. "Just a Prayer Away" and "Imagine Me Without You" are also less upbeat. I like to lie on my bed and listen to them with my eyes closed. Her more upeat songs, including "You Don't Miss A Thing," "Center of Your Love" and "Every Time I Fall," are just so fun and incredible! Overall, this album is AWESOME!

Christmas
I love this CD! Comparing this to all my other Christmas CDs (yeah, all three of them) I would say this is definitely the best. It has that Christmasy feel. Some review I read of it pointed out that very seldom did we have the 40's Christmas style . . . the oldies Bing Crosby-type feel . . . and now Jaci's done a fantastic job of bringing her jazzy big band style to a bunch of Christmas favorites, plus three new songs, and has just utterly stunned me. She has all my favorites in here, including "I'll Be Home For Christmas," "Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas," and "Let It Snow, Let It Snow, Let It Snow." At the end of the CD is a hilarious track featuring Jaci singing along with the Chipmunks . . . and Alvin gets a little flirtatious with her too. ;-) It's the BEST as far as Christmas CDs go . . . you have to get it!
