This movie is truly a delight. It never varies too far from the play, and much of the dialogue is identical. The acting was excellent, which was good. Frances O'Connor was superb as Gwendolyn, and the exchange between Gwendolyn and Cecily (Reese Witherspoon) had me laughing out loud. Even though this movie wasn't a huge smash, I have to recommend it... it was too cool!

Loved this! SO funny! (Especially the credits *grins*) Colin Firth was as cute as ever, and Rupert Everett was really hilarious... Much much better then the older version of this. Unfortunately *sniffs* we got this for Rebekkah for Christmas and I won't be able to see it again for six months!!!! *sobs* HOW AM I GOING TO LIVE??????
