This album is great! I didn't like it until about the fourth listening, then I realized, "DUDE! This album ROCKS! What is my problem?" So after that, I loved it. For one thing, almost all the songs were written by Damita herself (always a plus in my opinion), or her husband. The album had a love song in which her husband sang with her ("The Wedding Song") and it was incredibly sweet. Damita's voice isn't amazing, but it's definitely good. Tobymac makes a debut on the song "Truth" (one of my favorite, more upeat songs) but not all the songs are fast and hoppin'. She also has several songs that have a beautiful black gospel sound, like "Calvary" and "Day Go By." This album is a blast to listen to.
