This was a very beautiful film. I'd never seen anything from this type of movie before (Italian neo-realism, for those of who you wish to know and don't) and ended up enjoying it quite a bit. It feels very genuine, all throughout. The main actors, neither of which are professional actors, do a superb job in creating these characters. It's a sweet story that seems to ramble a little bit in the middle, but the end result is incredibly satisfying.
