**All of these recipes should feed 3-5 people depending on their appetites.
**In all recipes where I call for chicken, I am referring to boneless/skinless chicken breasts.
**When using potatoes or carrots, I recommend simply washing them and leaving the skins ON. This is because more then half of the beneficial nutrients are found in the skins.
