On ___________, Barbara Corson of Phabulous Pomeranians (Seller) agrees to sell one Pomeranian puppy/dog described above to New Owner (Buyer) for the Price of $ ___________. Buyer agrees to make a non-refundable deposit of $200.00 toward the purchase price of this Pomeranian. The balance of $ ___________ is to be paid by cash, money order, or Paypal before or by the time the Pomeranian is picked up. If this puppy/dog is being shipped, the balance must be received by the Seller no later than one (1) week prior to the date of shipping.
If for some reason, the Buyer cannot purchase this Pomeranian after the deposit is made, this contract will be null and void. The Buyer has the option of applying their $200.00 deposit toward the purchase price of another Phabulous Pomeranian within one (1) year of the date the deposit is received by the Seller. Otherwise, as noted above, the deposit is non-refundable.
Seller guarantees that this puppy/dog is in good health, up-to-date on vaccinations and dewormed at time of delivery to the Buyer. The Buyer has Seventy-Two (72) hours to have this Pomeranian examined by their own veterinarian at the Buyer's expense in order to verify the dogs condition. If the Buyer's veterinarian ascertains that this Pomeranian is diseased or has a genetic defect, the Buyer must contact the Seller on the day of the exam and a statement from the examining veterinarian of the findings must be sent to the Seller immediately. The Buyer then has the option of returning the Pomeranian to the Seller. If the Pomeranian is returned to the Seller, the Buyer is entitled to a full refund of the purchase price. Return must be done within Ninety-six (96) hours, and all applicable paperwork (AKC registration forms, medical records, etc.) must accompany the Pomeranian back to the Seller.
If this Pomeranian is being placed as a pet, the health guarantees apply, and the puppy/dog is guaranteed not to develop disease or genetic defect for six (6) months from the date of purchase, as long as the Buyer maintains proper care of this Pomeranian.
Buyer agrees that at no time will this Pomeranian be sold, given, or temporarily placed in a pet store, puppy mill, dog pound, dog broker, experimental laboratory or any similar enterprise. If there is any time that this Pomeranian cannot be kept by the Buyer, all of the above applies and the Seller must be notified immediately. Seller has first right of repossession of this Pomeranian. Refund will be given based upon the value of the dog at its age and time.
