Think to yourself, in your school, how man people do you know that are getting WAY better grades than you think they should? Be honest. Everyone knows at least one person who is an idiot yet is still getting b's or a's. Do you know why this is? Because nowadays, homework is almost all of your grade. In most classes, grades vary from 60 to even 80 or rarely even 90% of your grade. This allows very stupid people to copy homework out of their book, or copy their geek "friend"'s homwork, and fail all of their tests miserably, and still get a passing grade.
