On the 10th of July, we had to leave the cabin.
On the way back to Anchorage, we voted to detour back toward Seward to
see the Exit Glacier. Here is a view from the road.
The Exit Glacier is called the family glacier because it is so easy to get to. This glacier recedes at a remarkable rate, something on the order of 2 feet per week.

of miles into the Kenai Ice Fields.
