Surprise Of The Year

I won't tell you so, because well, umm... I didn't.  Seriously, anybody in the right mind with any football knowledge whatsoever would never predict the Chargers to be 6-3, at the topof the division with Denver, and a real contender right now.  And there's something different than that 2002 season in which we were also 6-3 at this point of the season.  That was a fluke, this isn't.

The team is not LT, nor Gates, nor Brees.  Although you can challenge that it was any
one of those players.  Everybody is contributing; its beautiful.  We got a 3-headed monster on offense, and that new 3-4 defense is working wonders.  LT is great as normal, Brees is actually throwing to our team and not the opposition, and Gates is having a breakout year with an NFL-leading 8 TDs.  And newly acquired Keenan McCardell should make an excellent addition.

I'm outta time. Later!
