Think of a sponsorship as the connecting link between your product (s) or business and thousands of race teams, fans, as well as other sponsors. DIRT race fans are incredibly loyal to the products and companies that support Motor sports. Fans realize the necessity for racing sponsorships and they know that a sponsor's financial input will be passed along to drivers in the way of participation. Your company's involvement in this exciting and popular sport can begin with sponsorship of the PG Motorsports Racing Team in the year 2002. What you actually purchase with us is year-round advertising, as we make our racecars available for many charity events and exhibitions throughout the year. We also receive invitations to display our race cars in many parades and car shows throughout the state. PG Motorsports will race their 360 sprint race cars primarily in Beaver Dam, WI Raceway at Powercom Park (Our home Racetrack) along with Oshkosh, WI, Hales Corners Speedway in Hales Corners, WI and Plymouth, WI just to name a few. All sponsors regardless of level or dollar amount, will be listed here on the PG Motorsports web page, along with receiving our monthly team newsletter. Exposure in print is another key element toward increased company recognition. Excellent weekly race coverage in the Beaver Dam newspapers as well as trade papers such as Midwest Racing News along with Circle Track Magazine increase opportunities for bonus exposure either written or in photograph form. Each racing night, there will be approximately 800 racing fans viewing your company logo brilliantly displayed on a winning racecar. While traveling on the highway to the racing sites through out WI, the hauler will also provide excellent exposure to everyone on the road as a moving billboard. When you purchase advertising with our team, you or any representative from your company will be more than welcome to visit us here at the facility, tour our shop, and attend our annual banquet. You may of course also attend any or all of our races and if you will give us a couple of weeks notice - - we will arrange pit passes for you to meet our drivers and pit crew members. Sponsoring PG Motorsports Racing may cost less than you think. The actual dollar amount is negotiated one on one between your company and PG Motorsports Racing. However, several levels of sponsorship are available. A fee quote is provided for each corresponding advertising/sponsorship. We are offering this fee quote to display your advertisement for the racing season. In addition to this, if appropriate with the level of advertising purchased we will reach agreement with you regarding the promotional appearance(s) of the hauler, one or both our racecars and drivers throughout the year at your specific location. The team can be available for promotional materials and on-site advertising and bring increased traffic and recognition to you business and products. Some good examples may include grand openings, special sales, company functions, etc. (As long as it does not conflict with our race or repair schedule) **Full Sponsorship (Prominent logo sponsor and on all uniforms) **Team sponsorship (Logo on hauler and both race cars) **Driver Only sponsorship (Logo on hauler or race car) **Product or Services sponsorship ex. Fuel, Tires, Parts, Uniforms etc.. These are not the only possibilities of sponsorships, only the most common. There are many other plans that are open to discussion and negotiation. No matter which plan you choose your company name or logo will appear on the car. The amount of funding by comparison to the other sponsors will determine the size and location of your name or logo on the hauler and or racecar.
