Words of Love

I lie beside you in your bed.
I feel you kiss my sleepy head.
You smile as if you know; fear is gone,
You snuggle up and we are one!

I feel closer than I can say,
Tears well up as we embrace.
I hope you imagine me as true.
We feel, Oh yes, I dream of you!

Who's to say how far we go?
Passion's Song, or if it's real?
Or if it's love, how deep we feel?
Who's to say? There's One who knows.

There are words I'd say in vain.
Many words that still remain!
Still more words that can't be said,
Words of Love inside my head.

Trapped inside they long for light.
Words of Love; they grow intense.
Trapped inside because it's right,
Words of Love for moments hence.

Still, I long for your embrace,
Catching smiles from your sweet face,
As they're kissed to me, I know,
Give them back and they will grow!
