I am grateful to my grandfather for the wealth of information that he passed on to me with his many dissertations. These I have been so luck to study at night when the family is sleeping. Many nights go by when I can almost hear him talking to my patriotism and love of my country.
He also left “Administrative Capabilities of the Chinese Communists in the Economic Field”. This fine document provides real inner knowledge of what it is like to work in a Communist Society. I pity the soul that does due to the restrictions and blunderings of a central government.
In 1982 my Mother, Margaret Hinke Woods wrote a dissertation titled “Hysteria? Panic or Reason – Our Choice”. This dissertation was presented to the Ventura County Soroptomist Club on October 21, 1982. This paper, also presented her, is a complete condemnation of Communism and speaks directly to the steps required to form a totalitarian state. It includes Citations, ink corrections and is also included in its entirety. In 1982, my mother will whack Communism on the head and expose it as insidious slavery. The document is signed by the author.
Please understand that our nation founded in 1776 is now 239 years old. With four generations of family history and study contained in this brief dissertation, almost sixty percent, 142 years of our nations’ history, has been observed. Amazingly all four generations came to the same conclusions politically. This bloodless coup was relatively bloodless until September 11, 2012 when 4 Americans were killed in Benghazi.
WE MUST REMAIN A CONSTITUTIONAL REPUBLIC in order to survive. WE MUST OPPOSE COMMUNISM in order to survive. I would add that there is a growing threat from Sharia Law as promulgated by Muslims that is not at all constitutionally compatible to our nation. That is to say that Islam IS NOT a religion. Islam is a political cult masquerading as a religion that is trying to take over our nation and the world. By doing so, in this country; those practitioners commit an act of Sedition against our government, and The People when they force their system of law upon our Great nation.

Who is Frederick William Hinke?
First, he was my grandfather. He was the father of Margaret Cecilia Hinke who is my mother. He was the American Consul in Canton China during the coup and he has direct knowledge of what happened. What you read is his report on this matter that was submitted to his superiors. Fred was an interesting man who had a love of life, and a clear understanding of the principles that our country was built upon. In order to convey WHO he was, I will submit his close ties with the inner working of this United States Government as provenance of his authority in this matter.
His father was world renowned theologian and linguist William John Hinke, Ph.D., D.D. Doctor Hinke was an associate professor at Auburn Theological Seminary. One of Dr. Hinke’s close associates was Assistant Professor Allen Macy Dulles. As a result of this close relationship, Frederick William Hinke’s babysitter was Edith Dulles (Foster) wife of Allen Macy Dulles who was the father of John Foster and Allen. Because of this, his childhood friends include John Foster Dulles (Secretary of State) and Allen Welsh Dulles (Fifth head of the OSS which later became the CIA). It is my opinion that this early exposure to some of the top people in Washington led Fred Hinke to study and become a leader within the Department of State from which he retired in 1960. In his career he travelled to many places; Peru, Cuba, Liberia, France, China, Mexico, and Canada. Fred served in the State Department from 1923 until 1960 when he retired due to illness.
I was born in 1956 and I can clearly remember a large retirement party that was held in honor of the retirement of Frederick Hinke in Santa Paula about 1960 at the residence of my great uncle Ventura County Superior Court Judge Edward Henderson which was attended by then Vice-President Dwight D. Eisenhower. Recall that John Foster Dulles was Secretary of State under Dwight D. Eisenhower. Now you begin to see the close connections and level at which my grandfather was included.
Why is this document about a Chinese Coup D’état in 1928 in Canton, China important or relevant to today?
Because on October 24, 2013, there was an ACTIVE Coup D’état in Washington, District of Columbia being conducted by Barack Hussein Obama, Valerie Jarrett, Harry Reid, and Nancy Pelosi (the list is not all inclusive). It is of utmost importance that you notice in this report that they are offering the unemployed EXACTLY the seven points that the Red Chinese offered the Cantonese in 1927. It will be noted that the Chinese FAILED in their attempt in 1927. Furthermore, we patriotic Americans must rise up as did the Cantonese and remove these communists from our legislative, judicial, and executive branches of our government as quickly as possible and within the constraints of our legal system.
Farther along in this paper is a report also written by Frederick Hinke titled, “The Mass Society in North America”. I find the message contained within to be applicable today. It speaks of energy, the sameness and differences of peoples on this continent. It also explores the massive growth that our country experienced in the 19th and 20th Century.
This paper also reveals the two things that I feel is the cause of the incredible growth that we experienced in the early 19th century: free land within our borders available to ALL, and, our unique form of government. That is one of the people, by the people, and FOR the people. He clearly recognized 80 years ago that socialism and communism were FAILED politics.
So, enjoy the reports and the history within. Please take this report to heart as it does in fact sum up our situation RIGHT NOW. We can apply the same principles as the Founding Fathers did when throwing off the control of the British Crown to extricate ourselves from the web of lies in which the Washington Elite have trapped us. After all, by throwing off the FED, we DO IN FACT throw off the British Crown once again! Restoring our Constitutional form of government sets the stage for our growth and recovery. This IS the vision that our founding fathers had when they risked their lives, liberty, and fortunes for the benefit of their posterity.

This small article says volumes of the man that was Frederick W. Hinke’s father and speaks to the politics of Frederick’s early life. William John Hinke was the world’s leading authority on Aramaic. He was called in to validate the Dead Sea Scrolls when they were found. He was also politically conservative. He warned us October 24, 1920 that we MUST RISE UP against the League of Nations. That we should restore our government to its constitutional form as intended by the founders. This was only seven years after the FED became the insidious financial monster that it is.
Bertha Agnes Hinke (Berleman) was the daughter of Reverend Frederick William Berleman who was a very prominent minister at the Salem Reformed Church in Salem, Pennsylvania.
The following quotes from the article in the October 24, 1920 edition of the New York Times titled, “Collegians Indorse Miller”, states in part, “…The statement asserted that the election of Harding and Coolidge was necessary for the restoration of constitutional government, declared against the ratification of the present covenant of the League of Nations…”
