Bleeding Soul
Darkness comes soon make no mistake,
I pray to God, heaven can wait.
I have a wife and daughter you see,
But no one to
look over me.
I stand alone in this last fight,
I pray that pain and suffering slight.
I used to be a warrior strong,
Fight and spirit are now long gone.
Once tough and sure,
Now doubts prevail,
Every day the pain is true.
Wishing for my
boat to sail.
Passion’s dead and love is too.
So much for a
life for you.
I sleep alone and wish not so,
I need your love, but you did go.
I need a break from all this pain,
What I’d do for love again.
Someday, maybe you will read,
That deep inside my soul did bleed.
