From the vantage point of retirement I can look back on a career spent in nursing.
For most of the time I practised or taught psychiatric nursing.
In the 1960's I was a member of a research team and my study was published as 'The Unpopular Patient'.
In 1985 I published 'The Nursing Process in Psychiatric Nursing'. As this is now out of print I have included an outline of the Nursing Process, with an account of the philosophy and description of 'An Enhancement Model of Nursing' on which it is based.
