Boston Fullback Larry Garron turned two short passes from Babe Parilli into touchdowns and Gino Cappellettii kicked four field goals as Boston won 26-8 to become the first Eastern Division team other then Houston to reach the AFL Championship game.

Cappellettii connected from 28 yards out on the Patriots second drive.  On their next possession, Parilli dumped a pass in the flat to Garron, who broke two tackles and sprinted away for a 59-yard scoring play.  Two more field goals put the Patriots ahead 16-0 at the half.

The Bills changed QBs in the third quarter and Daryle Lamonica, as was his want went deep, finding Elbert Dubenion for a 93-yard scoring play.  In the fourth qurater, the Patriots eliminated any Buffalo hopes for a comeback.  After driving to the 17, Parili again went to the flat to Garron, who raced into the endzone.
