MAJORITY OWNERS
In Memory of Stuart Biddle (August 11, 2001 -- March 29, 2008)
Stuart Biddle was the leader of the Hammerheads' organization for years, also owning several other franchises. His latest ownership was with the Los Angeles Cowboys, but fell ill abruptly and died a day later on March 29, 2008 - the middle of the 2023 season. The Cowboys would go on to finish the season 12-4, earn a first round bye, and go on to win PFL Bowl 23 for head coach/GM Joshua Biddle's first PFL Bowl appearence and victory ever. The victory was dedicated to Stu.
Socky Bear Biddle

Socky Bear Biddle, a five-year old Bichon Frise, worked with Stuart Biddle for many years in a dual-owernship role with several franchises, but will work alone in this stint with the Hammerheads. He is known for earning a fortune by selling chew bones and biscuits on the black market. He has lived a relatively spoiled life, demanding to use the couch as a bed and desk, but he occasionally gets down to business (as seen in left photo as he reviews some PFL-related information).
HEAD COACH/GENERAL MANAGER/PRESIDENT
Joshua Biddle
![]() |
Joshua Biddle, 22, has been the head coach of many different PFL teams throughout a long PFL career, dating back as one of the original 12 PFL owners. His career regular season coaching record stands at 182-114 (.615) with a subpar 10-14 playoff record and one PFL Championship ring. After a storied past of playoff failure, the 2023 season proved to be the turning point in Biddle's long career as he earned an appearence in the 23rd PFL Bowl with the Los Angeles Cowboys and upset the Maui Destroyers - who were undefeated the entire regular season and attempting to complete a perfect season - by a score of 45-30. Biddle entered the league with a defensive background, working as a defensive coordinator before joining the Delaware Hamsters years ago for his first head coaching gig. Now, he tends to be known for explosive offenses, especially through the passing game. Biddle's legacy has been better built as a GM, primarily through his draft history and success. He has been able to mold poor teams into good teams and make teams much stronger after a draft. He worked for legendary head coach Justin Lawson, the legendary five-time PFL Bowl champion, in drafting a team that would eventually win a championship. He turned the Los Angeles Cowboys team he acquired around from the 0-4 record he acquired the team with to a 7-9 finish, including six consecutive wins to close the season. His offseason draft would put a stamp on the team and they would win the PFL Bowl the next season.

Keith Bleeker

Keith Bleeker, 22, joins the Ocean City Hammerheads' coaching staff after a stint as president under the former Ocean City Hammerheads regime and as defensive coordinator/assistant head coach with the 2023 PFL Champion Los Angeles Cowboys. Bleeker has an extensive background working with defense and enjoys many different sports. He will have the task of developing a defense with the players drafted and turning it into a unit that can help solidify wins.
SPECIAL TEAMS COORDINATOR
Chris Bostic

VICE-PRESIDENT/DIRECTOR OF PAYROLL/AUDITOR

Joe Staab, 22, has been involved in the Ocean City Hammerheads' organization as vice-president prior to being hired by Socky Bear Biddle this time around. Staab brings leadership and a great business acumen to the Hammerheads' front office. He is in charge of negotiating contracts with players, business deals, promotions, and also in accounting practices for stadium/team expenses and making sure players get paid.
Joe Staab
| Chris Bostic, the special teams coach of the 2023 PFL Bowl Champion Los Angeles Cowboys, was promoted to offensive coordinator after having served as the special teams coordinator under Biddle for four seasons (up to the 2026 season). Bostic, 22, was a surprise pick to take over at offensive coordinator as it was assumed that Biddle would assume the responsibilities, but instead, handed it over to one of his most trusted staff members. The special teams units have always thrived under Bostic, with return specialists Jeremy Bloom (L.A. Cowboys) and Yamon Figurs (Hammerheads) emerging as big-play threats, with Figurs making the Pro Bowl in 2026. Hammerheads' K Stephen Gostkowski and P Brandon Fields both were voted into the 2026 Pro Bowl.
Now, Bostic will have the task of maintaining a more consistent offense after watching it falter down the stretch run last season. Also possessing the title of QB Coach, he will be responsible for maintaining QB Colt Brennan and working with any others brought in. |
