Thank you to all who came to our September 2008 meeting/picnic.
There was a good supply of food and fellowship!
It was announced (we are awaiting for official approval from PFLAG/National) we would no longer have monthly meetings
due to various reasons.
We will, however, have four meetings/activities throughout the year.
These would include:
The December "Pink Elephant" Auction benefiting LAAN,
A February Valentines Dinner for our membership, family and friends,
The June Gay Pride activities,
and
Our September picnic.
We are still be available to meet with individuals who seek our assistance when they call our phone line or e-mail us. All will basically stay as is,
except we will not have a meeting each and every month.
We thank those who have faithfully been there.
We thank those who may have been there only once or twice.
We hope one day everyone will be accepted for who they are.
We hope one day, PFLAG will no longer be needed.
Until that day, we will still be here.
