The objectives of the journal is to be a source for education, science and technology research and development and to serve as an outlet for facilitating education and networking among education science and technology researcher, teacher and professionals across academics, goverment, industry,? researcher ?and students.

Publication
Sigma is to be published two times a year in February and August, two issues per volume, one volume per year. The journal publishes original and review paper, technical reports, case studies, conference reports, management reports, book reviews and notes, commentaries and news. Contribution may be by submission or invitatio?n??, and suggestions for special issues and publication are welcome. Submission will be subject to double-blind review procedure.
