** 23 March 05**
I apologize for the long delay in updates. Life has been hectic for the James family! Christopher was in the field 14 February to 17 February. It was our first "taste" of what life would be like with him gone fulltime. It was an eye opener for me, to say the least! Then, we had a visit from Christopher's parents. We had a very good time!! We went to the U.S.S. Battleship North Carolina Memorial in Wilmington. I will post some pictures of that below.

Thank you for your patience in between posts. With the weather getting warmer, and sunnier, we are trying to spend more time outdoors! :) Annika loves to go down to the playground. I've met a friend who lives in my apartment complex, and we go to coffee together every Friday night that we can. It's not always possible due to C.Q., being in the field, etc. She has a son who is 3.5, so Annika has found a playmate!! :)

Christopher is getting ready for his West Point mission this summer. I don't know the details, except that he will be going to West Point, NY to train the cadets. This is an honor for him to be chosen for the West Point mission! :) It will mean separation for us again, but I will heading back to Minnesota for a visit during that time. When we return to NC, hopefully we will be able to get on post housing! Please keep that in your prayers! Thanks so much!

News on Christopher's OCONUS deployment. He is slotted to leave in February 2006. It can be the month before or after. We know where he will be going, but I am bit liberty to post that here, for OPSEC (operational security) reasons. If you would like to know, please send me an e-mail! :)

Annika update: She is growing like a weed, and gaining quite a vocabulary! I cannot believe that she will be 2 next month!! I will post a new picture of her, if I can find a recent picture that is!

I will try to keep the updates current! :) Love, hugs and prayers to all!

God's Blessings to Everyone!!
