DUNNO ABOUT THESE BINARY NUMBERS, THERE ARE SEVERAL WAYS THEY CAN BE INTERPRETED character count without ? is 336 and that's what i'm using.

Doesn't look like much until you rearrange the ciphertext as even row/column blocks starting with the lowest columns from the table first and working my way up.

Yes it looks very similar to Elonka's method doesn't it? This wasn't intentional to duplicate her efforts, but before I started doing anything to the ciphertext I had colored the first 6 letters of the plaintext so I could see how they moved in relation to one another as I rearranged the text. Elonka was on the right track when she came up with that method, and may have found the original matrix without even being aware of it.

Elonka says to start at the S (ID BY ROW S) and then count every 4 characters backwards to get the solution. This works great, but then, if you can go every so many characters to get the next plaintext letter, why not just stack the letters 4 characters at a time and make your life easier?? In fact, since the first letter in the right hand corner is always the same distance from the S as the letters between each plaintext letter is, you can just start there...

TAKE THE "L" (MAYBE THAT'S WHAT THAT WEIRD "L" ON THE TABLE SIDE IS HINTING AT) IN THE UPPER RIGHT HAND CORNER AND START TYPING DOWN. AFTER YOU TYPE THE 4TH CHARACTER, START A NEW COLUMN.

SOLVING PART 3 REALLY WAS JUST A SIMPLE 2 STEP PROCESS. IN FACT, YOU CAN TAKE ANY EVEN ROW/COLUMN COMBINATION AND DO THE SAME THING, WHICH MAKES ALOT OF DIFFERENT SOLUTIONS. IM STILL LOOKING FOR AN EASIER METHOD, BUT THIS IS PROBABLY AS SIMPLE AS IT'S GONNA GET.FURTHERMORE, THIS METHOD DOESN'T REQUIRE ANY KEY, JUST ALOT OF GUESSWORK.
