More on that king of cool, Mayor McCheese!

I've already done a piece about the good Mayor but sometimes you just don't get out everything you wish to say.What more is there to say about Mayor McCheese?Well,quite a bit.After all, Mayor McCheese is so much more than a forgotten fast food icon.He is a legend,a role model,an inspiration to millions.He has a cheeseburger for a head,his hat is way too small for his head,he wears a sash and pulls it off.In short Mayor McCheese is the king of cool.Often people wear sunglasses becuase they want to look cool,but not McCheese.The Mayor dosen't HAVE to try to look cool.All he has to do is show up.

Sadly he rarely does that anymore.What exactly happenned is a mystery to this day.Is Ronald keeping McCheese out of the scene becuase he fears that as an actual politician McCheese might have more REAL power in McDonaldLand?Has McCheese become disenchanted with todays world and gone to live as an old hermit in the woods?Has he become one of those homeless people you pass by downtown that beg you for money?Lets hope not because I like to believe that he is still the king of cool.

Could be McDonalds fired him.If so I'm split on whether that was a good decision.Sure I would love to see the Mayor on television again or as the cheap toy in a Happy Meal but if he never went away I don't think people would appreciate him.He would just be there.He would not be the legend he is today.

Maybe McCheese quit.I like to think it went something like this.One day Ronald brought Birdie by to introduce to McCheese and being as Birdie is without a doubt the worst fast food character ever, McCheese made the decision to leave.There could have been other reasons,chasing the hamburglar around for years and years without locking him up may have become frustrating.Maybe he just disliked Ronald but all we can really do is speculate

Now speculation is fun and all but whatever happenned it made McCheese become forgotten by most but if theres one thing I will always use my website for it will be to keep the memory alive.Mayor,I sincerely hope that you out there,reading this.You are my idol and when I come to have to make a difficult decision in my life all I have to ask myself is this question:What would Mayor McCheese do?We miss you Mayor McCheese and I for one DO appreciate you.If you've fallen into a depression I want you know that you will always have friends here at Fat Man Monkey Productions and when you feel all is hope is lost I want you to know that when I think all hope is lost all I have to do is think of you and the rain clouds go away and the sun shines.We love you,Mayor McCheese.
