::: Download Data Reading

Description

This program reads a data file called "data.dat", that contains explicative elements between the data, it doesn't accuse error. The reading of the lines
is done as a string that is later converted into real values. Also: comma is interpreted as point during the readings.

To execute the program, create a workspace, unzip the zipped file and insert the following files at the project:
-> Program Conversion Test.f90
-> data.dat
