Old Fashioned #1

1 sugar cube

3 dashes Angastora Bitters

1 ml water

2 Oz Bourbon (or Rye)

orange peel

 

Add sugar cube, angastora bitters and water into a mixing glass and muddle until sugar is disolved.

 

Add bourbon and ice and stir to chill. Strain into glass with ice. Express the orange peel over the glass and rub around the rim before using it as a garnish.
