Cussing at the Dark, Staring at the sun..

You think you know the face you see,
In your world of immortal Justice,
As You gather up your knowledge,
Is it time to take the final test?
Time to cast my soul to death?

The trial you began under tainted hands.
In your courthouse you're the judge,
I know not of your trials and errors,
I get the feeling I'd rather be blind now,
Yes there's a reason I can't trust you,
Up there pointing fingers and setting the rules.
I have tried to argue my thought defence,
Yet now it all seems so wrong in mine eye.

I let your words twist my heart strings,
The neverending evidence of my love,
Tampered by the jesters of your trial.
Would I rather be a child of innocent light,
Or the all knowing filled with experiance,
The ones who's mind tells them they know all delight.
I settled on a little of both Your Honor,
To know how to hurt, to love, to live, that's why.

Judge up there casting down the vote,
Know not you what thou create?
What thine hand in life can give, can take?
You think you know me all so well,
You tell me what's right, lash at me when wrong.
Is all you take in account my innoocent babbles?
For you can't break into my heart at all,
You really know not what toils in my secret realms.

A sad theory you have in your case of me.
For trained are you to think you're right,
One who think thou can change it all,
Know not you a story has a million tellers,
And in the end judgement is'nt yours to give,
It's all in the eye of the beholder,

And there's where I stand when judgement comes,
Lock me in the cell, acceptance only a word,
For broken wings will heal and be whole,
And your rights will be wrong, don't accuse again.
For I'll settle once more in the realm my lover lays.
Judgement is not a view in this world of mine.
For those that beg and pray can believe in you,
But you've got to show love for them to trust in you,

Is jealousy what makes you pluck the angels from our lives?
Are you lonely in what all thou mind has created?
When that one comes along in a million years,
The one who makes us smile, shines his light,
Yet we fear of what you can do, blind jealousy...
Will one day we revolt..break the doors to thine court?
Could we be as selfish as creation and destruction...

I know not what waits beyond judgement day...
But why for is the creation such a thoughtless thing...
For loneliness, selfishness, for jealousy, selfishness.
It's distained in society to do such a selfish thing,
To hold back one's dreams for self assurance,
Yet there's such behavior in the beginning, and the end...
Such a paradox in living, in breathing...
Yet we allow you to do as you to do as you do...
For one smile, one day, for the mmories of a lifetime...
Before you call upon the angels for your jealous judgement.
