Setup

Opponent strikes with right hand punch.

Action
Raise both hands in a windmill fashion and catch the punch as it come in. Lift up slightly and twist opponent's arm while moving slightly to the right. Without altering stance, right kick twice to the face. Hold onto opponent's arm and bring left leg over opponent (who is now bent down) and hit opponent's head with your left heel as you bring your foot over. Further twist the arm to control the opponent.
