Setup

Opponent holding both of your hands at the wrist in from of your body.

Action
Push down with both hands to throw opponent's balance off. At the same time, move your left leg very close to your right but slightly behind. Open both of your hands in a cupping fashion and grab opponent's wrists. Pull opponent over your body as you lay on the ground using your right leg as a pivot point to throw your opponent.
