WELCOME TO 
`S USA TOUR 1998
I went to USA this summer. My flight went from Oslo 12th of
July to Amsterdam, via Memphis and then to Las Vegas.
It was a very nice trip,but very long trip.When i got to Las
Vegas, it was in the middle of the night. With all the neon
lights flashing for my eyes.I thought what a great city this is.
When i picked up my car at Alamo,i got a converible.Here is

When I got to my hotel that I was going stay for the next couple
of days. It was a big hotel, but very good service. Flamingo
Hilton Hotel with more than 4 dining places and a big
casino in the hotel lobby. Here`s a picture of the hotel.A

The next day I am starting my vaction. I went up and
down Las Vegas to see everything that the city had to offer.I
had a great time, while the money was played anywhere.
Many people had gambling fever. It was alot of fun, but
also very dangerous because i knew that is was many who
lost their houses to gambling. I went to Harley davidson
Cafe. Here is a picture.
After I have been in Las Vegas, I drove to Bakersfield to visit
the West Coast legend who live there. His name is Buck
Owens. I stayed at a motel called Roadrunner, right across the
street for Buck Owens `CRYSTAL PALACE`. I really
enjoyed my stay at the Crystal Palace. The food is probably the best
in all California, and the people who work there were very
polite and gave te best service. I got there friday 17th and
stayed all weekend.On the weekends is Buck Owens and His
Buckaroos on stage to give the people the best music and
show that they had never seen. It`s a nightclub with music all night.
I loved that place.I will be back there.
Then I i drove up to San Francisco . It was a very nice town. I
got to see Alcatraz, the Golden Gate.You can easy fall in love
with this city. It`s a little bit tricky to find these places, but
after awhile i could park down at the bay side and could take
a look at some famous places.
Then I drove down to Los Angeles,the city of angels. The first
thing that struck me was this is a very big city. Finally I got
to Universal Studio .This place is a alot of fun with many
shows and much to do for the whole family. I took the Back to
the Future Ride.It was very cool.
Then i took a nap in Bates motel
After a day at Universal studio, I went downtown Los Angeles
with all the skyscrapers. It was some buidings there who was
soo big that i could not belive my eyes.
I drove to the famous Santa Monica beach.It was a
wonderful beach.And i loved it here. Just too cool to be here
