You can now visit PETSOC's website in early Alpha stage at http://petsoc.coconia.net/. I'm constantly developing this website. It's still in early stage, some pages are hidden from public view. If you want to roughly see how the new website works, you can ask me for a testing account. I realise the development process may take a long time before everything is ready. So, patient... I want to make not just a website, but a community portal which will be constantly updated by members themselves and can be maintained by almost anybody, even you don't know anything about HTML. This is a very important feature. Now, I might have time to maintain the technical part of the website, but in the future, who knows what'll happen... Generally speaking, it's simple.. We, petsoc's webmasters create the website and the system and maintain the technical stuffs of the website. All information, updates and announcements will be updated by petsoc's Information Committee with some update features available to petsoc members. For now, i don't think opening the website membership to public is a good idea, so the membership is opened only to petsoc's members. You (members) have to email me your full name and desired login name to create a new account. Ahaa... one more... this website is created based on 800x600 resolution, so it might appear "smaller" with large-resolution monitor. SO, if you think that i should optimized it to higher resolution (maybe 1024x768 resolution), feel free to notify me... Lastly, sorry for my sucker english.. (i'm not good with language, including malay.. sorry bout that)

New layout for PETSOC's website at http://bharian.50webs.com/. The site will be update in a few hours/a day. Anyway, after a mutual agreement/dicussion with eb, we decided to make the new interface to be simple, but elegent. I've also decided to create CSS-style website due to the fact that it's more flexible and nowadays most people have started using IE 6 or Firefox 1.x. *************************************************** |
