Welcome to this online annex of the Petroleum Institute (PI), located in Abu Dhabi. The PI is funded by ADNOC�the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company�and is academically partnered with the Colorado School of Mines in Golden, Colorado.
This site, of course, may be used by anyone who happens upon it. But truth be told, it is intended primarily for students at the PI�and other faculty who wish to use it with their students. At present, it mostly just contains links to other useful sites (e.g., online dictionaries, other ESL/EFL-related sites); in the future, however, there may be opportunities to include original source material here. Only time will tell.

Do you need help finding a particular website? Then try one of these search engines. You may already know some of them (e.g., Yahoo, Infoseek), but perhaps there are a few new ones here that you'd like to try out! It's sometimes amazing the different results you can get from different search engines, so if you can't find a specific site with one engine, simply try another�and happy surfing!
