In May 2006, I took 3 weeks off work at Global BC Television in Vancouver, Canada, and travelled across Germany, Czech Republic, and Austria. The highlight of my trip was visiting Vienna again. I explored the grounds of Schoenbrunn Palace on May 23, 2006, this is one of the best places to visit when you are in Vienna. The weather was mixed that day but I was able to get a few good photos. I visited the Schoenbrunn zoo, walked up to the Gloriette pavilion, went inside the Palm House, the Desert House, had lunch at the restaurant by the Coach House museum. Very good food there. You could easily spend an entire day there at Schoenbrunn. |
