Welcome to Petra's Web Page

Hi, my name is Petra and I was born in Germany. I got a Master degree in computer sience of the Polytechnical University of Saarbruecken. Later I worked for a sport fashion company and wrote application programs in COBOL. In 1996 I came together with my husband to U.S.A where I gave birth to our son Pascal. During all this time here in the U.S.A I went to the Adult Education Center in Santa Clara and improved my English. Since last year I'm a student of the De Anza College.
Actually I'm taking 3 classes at the college - C Intermediate, C++ Indroduction and Word Wide Web page development.
I took this WWW class because I like to create my own webpage with the newest picture of my son, so that my relatives in Germany always know how he looks.
