| Calvin was born June 27, 1993 and was adopted by my friend, Lisa when he was a kitten. She had to away when he was 6 years old and could'nt take him with her so I adopted him. He was a wonderful little guy. We loved each other right from the start. He tried to make friends with my other kitty, Jessie but she didn't want anything to do with him but that didn't stop him from trying anyway. In August of 2003 we brought home another kitten, Mr. Boots, and he and Calvin became fast friends. They played together and chased each other all over the house. August 25, 2003 Calvin was sick when I got up that morning and would not eat his food. I took him to the vet as soon as I could and he was diagnosed with liver disease. The vet said he didn't have long to live but I could try giving him medicine and feeding him. I tried but it was not meant to be as Calvin passed away in my arms at 1:31 am on August 28, 2003. He will always be missed. Mommy loves you baby boy. |
