A FRIEND IN NEED

A friend in need
Is a friend indeed
Well he would be if I had one
They've either died or moved away
Either way I have none

I sit at home all alone
The bell never rings nor does the phone

But that was all to change
And I know it may sound strange
But I joined a social group one-day
And made lots of friends right away

So don�t sit at home feeling neglected
That no one cares, alone and rejected

Get out and about and have some fun
Don�t be alone and feeling glum

There�s lots to do and places to go
Have a day trip or catch a show

Have some fun you know you�ll be glad
It�s better than saying �I wish I had�
