George and Theo, sat at the table facing each other, with the index finger of their right hand lightly touching the Rupee coin in the center of the board. Before we go any further, let's look at a few details: In order to get started, it needed at least TWO people to place their fingers on the coin, for it to operate. In our earlier example, Kathleen developed the ability to do this on her own, but she ended up getting possessed by the controllong force, the possession was probably already accomplished, enabling her to operate it on her own. So it takes at least two, to make contact! Remember Jesus saying "Whenever two or more are gathered together IN MY NAME......." The difference appears to be the 'IN MY NAME' bit. Now, this is not meant to be a religious lecture. All I mean to do is to stress the point that anyone can mobilise the unseen powers that inhabit the universe by just ASKING. Having a strong faith in GOD does reduce the chances of making contact with the wrong type of person. | At this point I wish to mention DYNAMICS OF COSMIC TELEPATHY by TUELLA. In this book Tuella, her real name being Thelma Tyrill, delivers a fascinating account of how the human brain seems to be designed to communicate with infinity. In another book, ON EARTH ASSIGNMENT, she records many 'messages' from 'highly advanced' beings from the cosmos. It must be mentioned here that Tuella is not the only person who claims to have this contact, there are THOUSANDS of people who make this claim, most of them appear to have had their lives changed with this contact, making them more aware, and at peace with all around them, and most of them come away with a burning desire to tell others of their experience, even if it means they were going to be scoffed at. Should we scoff at them too? it would be easy. We could also disregard the apparant good this contact has had on them. Perhaps we can also scoff at contact made through the OUIJA board, although it will be a bit harder to disregard all those who have ended up in mental institutions, through developing 'split personalities' after getting obssessed, or more likely possessed, by sinister forces after playing around with these 'boards'. After we do all this scoffing, perhaps we can then go to church and pray for God to look after us, concentrating on only US, quite oblivious to all the other great intelligences our GOD has created. Or we can try, and join with those who actually make contact, whether we do it like Tuella, or in the safety of prayer. But definitely not the way of the OUIJA board!We hope. At this point we should mention another book, VENTURE INWARD by Hugh Lynn Cayce, Edgar's son. This book includes some examples of the ouija board going disasterously wrong.
So we would like to make contact with our cosmic cousins! The first thing is to answer the question Edgar Cayce posed, when comfronted with someone who wished to develop unusual abilities, like automatic writing, mediumship etc. What are our motives? If our motives are to help others be better people, then yes, we can go ahead, but if our motives are selfish, or just plain curiosity, then forget it, we may think we are getting results, but they would be from the wrong quarter, (perhaps like ITHAN who we syall hear about in a later page) and only land us in trouble. If as we saw earlier, this universe is teeming with life, and if much of this life is intelligent, then we are in for one heck of a treat, when we reunite with that cosmic family.... Pags turned in for the night, but before he did, he bowed his head in prayer for a few minutes, he prayed that the whole of creation, past (remember the hall of records?), present, and the future would join him for a short prayer to the heavenly Father, for Earth and its people, for peace on Earth, particularly that the terrors of war be neutralised. It was 12.30 at night, suddenly there was a terrifying crash, all the saucepans from the pantry shelves came crashing to the floor, making an awful din. This startled Pags, but none of the others stirred. He resumed the prayer. Now a second crash, all the cutlery came crashing to the floor, in the kitchen. Interrupted again, but this time Pags realised that someone, or something did not want him to continue. A quick review of the situation, including his motive, which was good, convinced him he should not give up. This time he remembered his mother's teaching, 'ask for protection, if you find you have trouble praying', so protection, he asked for. Just a few days later the news that the Russian president was going to visit the Pope, caused Pags to get exicted, he told me that the night of those startling happenings, he dreamt that God had answered the prayers of the universe, Russian communisim would end soon. A chill ran through my spine as Pags told me this, somehow I knew he would be right. This sort of cosmic prayer has since worked wonders many times over. Yes this absolute power is there for all to use. However a couple of words. Keep the motives right, and remember somethings are meant to happen, for reasons that become apparant later. |
