New to the Magic CCG Family is Alliances, here are the facts:
144 Card Ice Age Expansion. (199 different artworks)
Card types Have 3 Rarities (C,U,R) in multiples (C1,C2,U2,U3,R2,R6) (yes, R6!)
Again 55 cards appear twice with different artwork. 5xU3, 10xC1/C2, 40xC1.
There are 50 Unique Common with doubles (40xC1(x2), 10xC2(x2) = 240 Cards (2 sheets))
There are 45 Unique Uncommon, 5 with doubles (40xU2, 5xU3(x2) = 120 Cards (1 sheet))
There are 49 Rares (46xR2, 3xR6 = 110 Cards) hey, where did those 10 go?
The Box has 45 packs of 12 Cards and costs approx. $85.
It looks like slot 1,2,3 are Unc(2/3) and 4 is rare(2/6). 8 Commons(1/2) to follow.
So a bad luck draw would be U3U2U3R6C1C2C2C1C1C2C2C1
And a good luck draw U2U2U2R2C1C1C1C1C1C1C2C2
The color distribution: 21 of any color (incl Artifacts), 10 Gold and 8 Lands.
I emptied one box, so I got 45 R, 135 U and 360 C. All 100 unique C1/C2 and 10 unique U3 were in there. I missed 2 U2's and 17 R2's. But I love opening 17 other packs!
