3. the organisers reserve the right to make no award if there are fewer than 100 billion visitors to the site within seven days of its launch.
4. the award winner must make him/herself available for press engagements the request of the organisers.
5. potential award winners must consent to completing a full IQ test, or where IQ is known, must provide valid proof of authenticity. no-one with an IQ of less than 250 will be eligible to win the award. this is to safeguard the responsible use of the cash prize.
