Eventhoug interest rates in Europe and US most probably will go higher this year there is no reason to panic...Yet. Stay cool and look for buying oppurtunities. The market reaction in this week is profit taking. Go for it and buy some "green" shares (NEG Micon or Vestas) or if you feel lucky pick out some IT-shares on NASDAQ. Alternatively buy investment funds in the same businessareas.

I'm convinced that this year there will be a relatively major set back (Crash)! Before it happens - be smart - remember to be divercified in your portfolio..dont be greedy. Time is now to re-build your portfolio into equal parts of bonds, shares, currency, cash etc.)..

The danish Industrial shares are - with no doubt - undervalued and underperforming.
Carlsberg, F. L. Smith, D/S Torm, Danisco etc. should be quite interesting to spent some money on for a 6 to 12 month investment. These are all top rated papers with low risk. Next week I'll recommend some high risk with a lot of potential - both ways...!
WHY? I think the time really has come to be cautious. The ones mentioned - stick to them for the period of 6-12 month. It should turn out Ok.

Yeah, untill now the different investment opportunities given on this page has been allright - If I may say so. But at the moment I strongly recommend to be very cautious - the market is simply both technically and psychologically really overheated. Soon we will see major corrections in the market. Your choice is between "to keep a tight a.." or "to take your profit and run". Personally I prefer the last.......

Agreed, it took a little longer than expected, but we have now seen the major correction as stated in my previous advice. So if you followed the advice you should now be sidelined and as you know - in these situations "Cash-is-King". But dont stay that way too long..Now is the time to start buying and building up
a "fresh" portfolio. Pick out "cheap" e-business and IT funds - do not worry - they will soon be back in the frontline again...!!

Hopefully you have now bought or adjusted your portfolio to e-business and IT- related shares and funds. The past month concern in relation to interest rate hike has vanished with the latest jobless claim and inflation figures from the US. Most probably we will see the indexes grow to new heights the next 3-6 month. A NASDAQ break upwards of 3500 could take it through 4000 and later 5000.

The Danish market is performing very well at the moment. KFX index is at record high and still looks very bullish. Go for companies (shares) from the "old economy" with a strong commited strategy developing their business towards e-Commerce.
They will be the future winners....!

The KFX, Dow and NASDAQ generally looks pretty stable at the present levels. Time is now to divercify your portfolio into a mix of companies (shares) from the "old economy" with a strong commited strategy developing their business towards e-Commerce and companies within the biotek and telesector. Oil prices are likely to return to 20-25 USD lvl in a 6 month period so pick out shares which will benefit from that.
The danish market overall looks as a good buy eventhough KFX is at record highs. The guess is that we will hit 500 level within the next 18 month...!

Week 2 (almost weekly updated)
The market has been volatile for the past couple of month. Generally it looks rather overdone to me. As stated several times on this Site - divercification or asset allocation - is the name of the game. On the other hand and if it is within your risk profile the present market situation opens for a few interesting opportunities. e-Commerce will boom..! No doubt about it..! but you need to pick "branded" shares from the "old economy" which are going into internet trading. Established names adding e-Trading to their business will be the winners of tomorrow.
